Is it common to have several parts studio for one design?
Main Post: Is it common to have several parts studio for one design?
Top Comment: You typically model a design in multiple part studios. It depends on the product complexity though. Guidelines are: no more than 200 features in one studio. It gets cluttered fast with many parts though. I tend to design 5-10 parts in a single studio, maximum. I use the derived feature a lot

AITA for making part of my office into a studio?
Main Post:
Just to preface I’m sick and tired of boring ass throwaway account names. Please disregard what I did with mine though because I regret it already. Anyways:
I (m28) moved in with my fiancé (m46) five years ago, and have been together with him for a total of seven years. He proposed to me two years ago and we’re still planning our dream wedding <3. In our house I have access to what used to be a guest room to use as my office for my job when I happen to be working remotely, or for use as a place that’s just mine to get my formal stuff taken care of and maybe to de stress every once in a while.
I’ve always been an avid artist outside of my work, and I love love love painting. I thought it would be nice to use part of my office as a mini art studio- the room is huge, and with just my desk and chair and stuff in there it looked empty, so I figured I could use the extra space for something fun. I set up an easel, got canvases and stuff, and figured I could make something for my partner- he often works long hours so to get back into the swing of things I did a botanical study of one of his favorite flowers (he loves hyacinths, especially the blue ones) in acrylic with some gold leafing. I know it would be a style he loved, and was excited to give it to him.
But when he got home and I gave it to him, he was livid. Kept asking ‘what the fuck I did’, insisting I made a mess in my office (I didn’t, I cleaned up well after myself), and yelling more than I had ever seen him yell. I honestly got scared. Things have cooled down now, but are still... weird, I guess. He seems standoffish and I’m starting to wonder if I actually was in the wrong. AITA?

NTA but rethink this upcoming marriage.
What part did Japan Studio play in the Bloodborne development?
Main Post:
I ran across some old trailers for Bloodborne, and Japan Studio is actually credited before FromSoftware. Looks like they worked with FromSoftware on the original Demon's Souls as well as Déraciné. We always attribute Bloodborne to FromSoft, but what did Japan Studio contribute to this game?
Top Comment: They helped with the development and pitched ideas to the From team. People don’t credit them for their portion of the game and it’s really sad.
Studio help - how to clone part after placing? : Bricklink

Weird Bambu Studio behavior on circular part.
I just received my P1P and must say I'm blown away by how fast it prints.
The quality of the few prints i've done in the 5 hours I've had it is awesome with the stock presets (using sunlu PLA+), and just being able to complete several prints in that time amazes me.
Anyway, I noticed a weird pattern in the slicing of this model and the print quality suffers from it. The nozzle deposits small blobs of filament to create that center line, and then proceeds to hit it when completing the others, resulting in the part moving and the skin being fuzzy (the fuzzy skin parameter isn't enabled).
This kind of behavior never happened when using CURA and I can't figure what's causing it.
Stock PLA preset, 10 walls, .4mm nozzle
